4. ORDERING PROCESS

4.1 How to Purchase

  1. Browse and select your desired products
  2. Add items to your shopping cart
  3. Review your order details carefully
  4. Proceed to checkout and fill in required information
  5. Choose your preferred payment method
  6. Confirm and submit your order

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee product availability.


5. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Complete Address Details (MANDATORY)

Every buyer MUST provide complete address details including landmarks to ensure easy location by our carrier partner. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or cancellation.

Required Information:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Complete street address with house/building number
  • Barangay, City/Municipality, Province
  • Landmarks (e.g., “near Jollibee,” “beside 7-Eleven,” “across SM Mall”)
  • Postal code (if available)

5.2 Address Submission

For faster delivery, please email your complete address with landmarks to store@motorace.ph after placing your order.


6. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 48 hours (2 business days)
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on Sunday will not be processed until Monday during office hours
  • Carrier partner coordination: Processing includes coordination with our delivery partner

6.2 Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

6.3 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, not by location. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

6.4 Shipping Cost Adjustments

If there are miscalculated shipping costs, our Customer Care team will contact you via message, phone call, or email to verify if you are willing to pay the additional shipping amount. If you refuse the additional payment, your order will be canceled and we will process a refund according to your payment method.


7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Order Changes

You have 8 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancellations. We allow this grace period to ensure order accuracy.

7.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Within 8 hours: Free cancellation allowed
  • After 8 hours: If your order has already been processed for delivery packing, cancellation is no longer possible
  • Contact our customer service immediately for any cancellation requests

7.3 Incomplete Address Follow-up

If you have not completed your address details, our customer care will contact you via message, phone call, or email to request complete delivery information.


8. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • QR Code Payment
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

8.2 Payment Verification

For QR Code and Bank Transfer payments:

  • Please keep your payment reference number
  • Email or send the reference number to store@motorace.ph
  • This is required for payment validation and order processing

8.3 Cash on Delivery

  • Available nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
  • No additional COD fees
  • Prepare exact cash amount upon delivery
  • Valid ID may be required
  • You may inspect items before payment

9. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

9.1 Valid Reasons for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • Item damaged due to transit
  • Wrong or incomplete item delivered
  • Product is not genuine/authentic

9.2 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will assess and provide return instructions
  4. Return the item in original packaging (if applicable)

9.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after return approval.
